Mission

The mission of GENESIS Behavioral Services is to serve persons experiencing Substance Use Disorders (SUDs), mental illnesses (MIs), or (on the part of ex-offenders being released back into the community by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections – DOC) cognitive patterns and behaviors that contribute to criminal activity.  Our services are designed – for SUDs clients, to assist them in overcoming their addiction and to achieve and maintain an addiction-free lifestyle; for our MI clients, to help them achieve recovery and maintain optimal mental health; and for our DOC clients, to empower them to overcome their criminogenic thinking and behaviors, to transform their lives and to become productive, law-abiding members of society.
